Most of the time, a jump start with a professional booster gets you going again, and a quick test tells you whether the battery can be kept or should be replaced. If it needs replacing, we fit a battery that matches your vehicle, including EFB or AGM batteries for Start & Stop cars.

Can I write to you in English?
Yes. WhatsApp is the easiest: send a short message with your location and, if possible, a photo of the battery label. We reply in writing.
Is there a warranty? How can I pay?
Every new battery we fit is guaranteed for 1 year, parts and labour. You can pay by bank card, cheque or cash.
Do you really work 24/7?
Yes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
How much does it cost?
It is on quote: the price depends on the vehicle, the job (jump start, test, replacement) and the battery. You get the price by phone or WhatsApp before we set off.
How fast can you get here?
It depends on where we are when you call and on traffic. We give you an honest estimate on the phone.
Can you come to a motorway or the Paris ring road?
No: on motorways and on some expressways such as the Boulevard Périphérique, breakdown assistance is reserved for approved operators. Get to safety and call from an emergency phone or dial 112. We can help as soon as the vehicle is off those roads.
My car is in an underground car park, is that a problem?
Usually not: our equipment is carried by hand to your space. We just need access (badge, code or someone to let us in).
